"Justin Reed did an excellent job. He told me what was wrong with the unit. He wore gloves and mask which I appreciated. I asked about pricing and he was honest and upfront. We had issues with our first unit, that damaged our wall and floor Cofield replaced the unit and I have the paperwork that covers all parts for this unit inside and out and I know Cofield will honor it. I had a billing issue and Cindy took care of it right away. Being on a fixed income and having lost my husband my son wants me dealing with a company that can be trusted. I know that when they come back to check to see if there is a leak my parts will be covered and they will be honest with their labor charges unlike other companies. Justin Reed and Cofield got 5 stars."

"I had Cofield install a new unit in 2011. In 2013 it stopped heating. They came out a "fixed" it and I had heat. The next winter, no heat. I was told that a part was rusted and chips would come off and block a tube. The serviceman would cleaned the tube and I had heat. Next winter, again, no heat. Again, they cleaned the tube. A second time that winter, no heat. Again they cleaned the tube, but wanted to charge me a $75.00 service call which I refused to pay. This problem has been ongoing every winter. Finally, last year Cofield supposedly replaced the part. He acted like he was doing me a favor - to fix an ongoing problem because of a faulty part??? This winter, again, no heat. I have talked to Cofield on the phone and he has accused me of cussing him which I have not. He accused me of cussing the woman who answers the phone, which i have not. He is not an honest man. I wouldn't recommend Cofield for anything. I'm forced to give him one star to post this, but in reality if I could give him less than zero stars I would."

"They are great and honest people. That is very hard to find! Two of my units went out on my house and I was worried. I had two other quotes including SEARS (which was through the roof pricing) before calling Cofield Comfort Systems. I paid for two new units for half the price of one unit from SEARS. They are very professional, fast, and do a fantastic job. I highly recommend them!"
