"Service/ salesperson will be friendly and appear very helpful until your item is installed poorly. Some of the hard surface problems were repaired, but not all, and now carpet is buckling is places. After many stops by the store and phone calls (all met with super friendly responses), nothing happened. They will pleasantly put you off until, four years later, you give up and know you will never do business there again."
