"As I walked into the Office Depot in Stone Mountain, GA, I noticed that the store was outdated and uninviting. The floor was unclean and the store was unorganized, making it the worst-looking Office Depot I’ve visited. However, I would like to commend Kim at Printing area for her outstanding customer service. She was the only employee present during my visit, and despite being understaffed, she remained calm, friendly, and helpful towards all customers. Her positive attitude and dedication to her job made my overall experience at the store much more pleasant."

"If I could rate this zero stars I would. If you are a black person or a person of color do not apply for employment here. Over a week ago my daughter, who is African-American, applied for a position as a print associate. The man who conducted her interview said he would call her back in exactly one week to notify my daughter on whether or not she got the position. It's been over a week and no response. My daughter tries calling the store and alas no response either. If the manager is the man that he claims to be why couldn't you give my daughter a straight-forward answer as to whether or not she got the job or not. It looks to me the "man" who conducted the interview was more concerned about my daughter's skin color more so than her experience and what she has to offer this company."
"The store open earlier than other office depots nearby so it’s convenient when I need something on the way to work/school. Nelson is extremely helpful, and his customer service is exceptional. The kindness he gives to customers makes all the difference. Will continue to stop by this location!"
