"I have enjoyed buying from Brackin Paint for years, i have always got the best service and lowest prices for quality goods. Ricky has always greeted me with a warm smile and a positive attitude over the last 30 Years. He has always carried my merchandise out to my car and i have always left saying "Now that's a Good Man". Its a great place to work when you have 3 brothers working at one place, Lance, lucas and Clay , what great guys that are filled with unlimited knowledge and always willing to help! Les in the repair shop can fix anything, after repeating himself over and over one day, he replaced the battery in my hearing aid at no cost!"
"If i could give it a minus i would. There are not helpful when returning things that they recommend. They recommended 800 worth of a product and would not return when they where told that it was not needed. Now I'm stuck with 600 worth of material and do not need. No help. They don’t know their own products and the customer service sucks. Would not recommend if they where the last paint supply in Dothan"
