"It's perfect for "fix at it" people like myself. You know, I kind of know what the problem is, and I kind of know how I want to solve it, at Home Depot there is always knowledgeable people around to point out the "kind of mistakes" that I was about to make! Very helpful people!"

"Ordered some counter tops. Took six weeks for me to be told the my were cancelling it. No indication it was heading in that direction prior to that. This was 2 days before thanksgiving so no counter tops for me. Zero interest on the part of their customer service to help me fix the problem. They had an attitude like they were doing me a favor. So no recommend. Terrible service."

"I'm going to go ahead and say this right off the bat. There is no tap to pay. You have to have a physical card. You will get no rewards on your tap to pay cards like Apple pay and Google pay. So keep that in mind if you think you're getting incentives or you're getting a percentage back. This really is my go-to home improvement store because they cost about the same as Lowe's and there's not a hardware store in this town that's easy to get to. I mean for as bad as north side mall shopping center is concerned with that entire weird parking lot, That was never really updated to match the current layout since the original layout was like 60 years ago, when it was a real mall. But it's a lot easier to get into than north side Lowe's. There's a lot of stuff that the prices don't match in store like they do online. In store could be a clearance item at a 50% off price but online is the regular price and it's not on clearance. Getting in and out of the store itself is not really difficult. There's never any small baskets up front anymore so you always have to use a shopping cart. Getting out of the checkout area is hit or miss. You're going to find one cashier there who is available for large and long objects, but everything else is going to have to go through the self check out and sometimes that just gets weird because you know how self-checkout is. So I wish home Depot would come up with the times. Other than that they normally have what I'm looking for. If not, delivery is typically free and arrives within a week."

"Doesn't appear they monitor their reviews. Part of the issue. My experiences terrible. Be prepared to fork over a 1500 dollar deposit to rent items on trailers. I refused this problem. I went to competition.Next issue, they don't rent the pickup trucks. I don't know who tolerates this garbage."

"Hubby & I have shopped at Home Depot for 40 years and 10 houses later. Yes, they do have some faults like most big box stores but I will say lately, they have stepped up their game online. Fast delivery, bend over backwards service, quick & intuitive website and prices rivaling Amazon."
