"These people provide quality metal roofing materials quickly and professionally. They always ask questions to ensure I’ve all the materials needed to complete the job. They’re my “go-to” for metal roofing and siding when building my pole barns. Edited October 2022: Ordered a 24’ x 48’ over six weeks ago. For whatever reason the trusses are coming in then didn’t. If didn’t or did and got passed on to one of their contractors who knows. All I am certain is I’ve laid down over 50% down for materials and can’t get a call returned in regards to the status of the trusses supposedly waiting for to complete. Definitely need to improve communications especially when company is not meeting customer expectations as promised. This is likely to be my last order with this company and I’ve done repeat business for 25 years with them. This is the 7th time ordering materials. Interesting how they’d cashed my deposit if $3000 within days of ordering and now can’t even get a simple call back when told I’ll call back in ten minutes. Customer service has stooped to an all time low. Edited November: communication with ownership said “they intend to make right”. Today is the 14th. Told prepping trusses this week. I’ve been lied to a lot to date so time will tell. Meanwhile I’ve submitted claim with BBB. That’ll be one inquiry to answer that’s not too serious implications. Trying to be patient but this gets escalated soon with legal action should nothing but words continue with no action on the company owners part. However should they come thru as contracted, this review disappears. Updated 29 November: communication has deteriorated. All calls go to voicemail and no one returns calls. I’m making calls again today and if no response then the next step is legal action. It’s sad when the only thing a man understands is court. December 3 Update: Owner, his son and company numbers unresponsive to calls or texts. The office is cleaned out. Nothing there. Having communication with others who’re out deposits, I can attest that the owner is holding on to a LOT of $. Update 8 December: picked up a pole barn ordered last week from one of their competitors today. Time from order to pickup was seven days. That sums up Dixieland has no intention to either complete my order or refund my $3,000 deposit."

"They are not honest on when u will get delivery. U will wait months.Asked for a certain pitch roof did not get what I wanted. Go else where this place is disappointment . Salesman made my delivery and after he has my check says they are going out of business ."
