"I needed a car door for my car, they said they had about three of my cars out there. So I come all the way out there and they point to where it's at. And it's hot so looking all over for my car and I couldn't find it nor my uncle could find it. And I'm sun burnt now but no car door. I called them before I left to say I couldn't find them but no help at all. They said well we got three out there. Well help me find it then ugh. I'm so aggravated. Such terrible service."
"Very unprofessional! I am a first time customer, and I felt the owner was very nonchalant and irritated. I arrived 5 mins after the establishment was ipen to find that is wasn't open so I waited an additional 15 minutes, the owner said Brock wasn't there but I can pay soon as I get in the office he ridiculed me for wearing a mask due to COVID-19, I educated him on why it was necessary and I give him my $ he says he doesn't have any money to give me change then slams my $ on the desk and says "Well you just gotta wait until he gets here!" RUDE! But eventually he arrived and got me situated."
"We enjoyed our visits to Bama. When we go the manager helped we with a few parts that we need to replace on our vehicle when we buy it. He made sure we where happy and pleased will our visit and could come anytime if we had any problems or concerns!"
