"Non-responsive, order in limbo, impossible to communicate with them. They held up my entire order because they thought I'd ordered the wrong $10 transistor; even though BMW told me it was the right part. I've ordered from them before, it was great. But I'm really feeling the burn this time. I've never had this problem before with FCP Euro, but it generally takes a bit longer to get stuff delivered; that's why I chose this business for this time critical delivery. First and only comm from them was 6 days ago saying the transistor isn't on my vin supplied. yes, that was correct but BMW deleted a water temp sensor on the new hose and that was the work-around; published everywhere online, fcp Euro, and through BMW. I'm just trying to figure out if I need to cancel this order and get it somewhere else or what?"
"I have ordered multiple times from BMW of South Atlanta. They are a real parts department with a reasonably priced web presence. Help if you need. Questions for you if something seems a little off. Prompt shipping. What else do you want?"

"I'm pretty neutral about this place. Seems like things can be done better, but mainly I would fix the website. A lot of web commerce sites have no clue what they have in stock so they need their employees to constantly play this game of going to customers asking if they want the "rest" of the order. Not really the staff's fault...but there was zero communication after I responded promptly. Just a cancelled order. I will probably stick to rockauto and avoid this place in the future."
