"I've never spent $90 on an oil change and especially this costly time of year. I felt like I was being deceived when I saw the $55.99 price for a standard oil change on the menu. The guy rudely said we don't have standard. I would have preferred to be informed BEFORE. That's why it felt shady to me. It was my birthday and I had to pay for emissions and a tag plus Thanksgiving dinner. It makes people feel more trusting when all options are discussed up front. I wouldn't have known about a standard oil change unless I saw it myself. I know prices have increased on everything, but I can usually get two or three oil changes for that price. I was highly disappointed by the failure to explain the service I was receiving."
