"Very rude girl at the front desk on 1-26-2024 @8pm. The sign on the door says LAST LOAD AT 8PM. That says to me last load/loads to be put in washer. Well, I put mine in to where they (2 loads) would stop washing at 8:22. Well I've been n in this place a million times & I never see the same employee behind the counter. This girl tells me WE CLOSE AT 8:30 SO YOU'LL HAVE TO GET YOUR LAUNDRY & LEAVE. I had to leave with 2 loads of wet clothes. A good business would lock the doors at 8:30 (which is their closing time) & not let anymore customers in & wait until your remaining ones leave before u shut down."
"No no no just find a laundry mat that has the same washers. Some coins some cards some is an app. Save yourself the headache and find a matching laundry with washer an dryer. This is the most horrible laundry mat I've ever been too. Man just stay out of Newnan everything is horrible in this place."
"I come here to wash my clothes every weekend and never had a problem until this weekend I went in like 20 mintutes before they take their last wash and it was a older lady in there that I have never seen before. As soon as I walk through the door she says “ we take our last wash at” and I finish her sentence and say at “8pm I know Im in here every week, I know” so then as im drying my clothes she yells…. “Dont put any more money in there, I'm about to close” not even realizing I was here before you took your last wash and cant even let me finish my laundry. Then proceeds to cut the lights off before its even closing time. This is disappointing because Ive never had to deal with this here. Just know that I will not be back, rather spend my money with someone who actually wants it."
"I went here to clean my couch covers today. While I waited, I played with the arcade machine, which is the only one around here with retro games on it. It’s sad that a laundromat has more fun stuff to do than most of Newnan."
