"Haven’t even had lumber delivered but drove to Auburn to pay on Thurs Sept 28. Wendell Carter said it couldn’t be delivered Fri but would be delivered MonOct 2 in afternoon. By closing time still no delivery. I called and was told guessing it would be in morning. No time just morning. We have contractor set to come at 8 am. Now he’s losing time because we don’t have lumber. Guess builders source doesn’t care because they’ve been paid. Not the way t9 run a business. Certainly will not use this overpriced, uncaring place again and definitely will not recommend. Guess you have to bea contractor to get service"
"If you plan on starting a project within 2-3 weeks of requesting a quote you better get a quote elsewhere. I requested a quote from here going on 3 weeks ago and have yet to hear back. In the meantime I received a quote from somewhere else, purchased the material, got it delivered and completed my project which was a 520 ft privacy fence...Still have yet to hear back from this company"
"I can really say enough good about this place. I get treated like I'm family when I visit here. Whether I'm shopping or just needing some opinions I am always made feel welcome. Which goes a long way with me. Those folks work hard to make sure you get what you need. Stop by and check them out, get some popcorn, and you will see what I mean"
"I waited 3 hours by there guard shack and then when I got to finally get loaded the wood looked like a termite farm rotted and all bent. Some fat guy kept standing over me with his gut on my back saying his brother was the boss and didn’t even offer to help me load also there was some buff black guy who just kept talking and also didn’t help poor customer service but the salesperson was very helpful if they could improve the yard employees I’d shop again"
"For truck drivers delivering here. Prepare to wait unless you are working for them. Absolutely the slowest store I've been to. At least a two hour wait time and you'll be the only truck in line."
