The "big" white guy barely attempted to locate my account and the black gentleman in the office behind him kept playing on his phone. How you got 3-Stars is shocking to me. Embarrassing!"
"A horrible experience with this company. I am still trying to get them just to order damaged slider doors and windows that were sent 8-9 months ago. They dont return calls or emails. You have to keep calling and calling. Very disorganized. One person just passes you on to another. They tell you they are going to do something only to find out weeks to months later they have done nothing. I would not recommend doing business with this company."
"This company is just plain RUDE !!! Absolutely disrespectful and disgusting. Steven gets all the orders wrong and when its time to own up to mistakes " mistakes happe " yes they do , but damn learn from them once in a while 3 times is no mistake. Their credit manager is so disrespectful makes checks and then asks for a w9 ??? Unprofessional, and completely disrespectful Heidi miller. Disgusted."
