"They have workers everywhere. They love to help and guide you to anything in their big store. One of my favorite stores because of the workers and all kinds of stuff I need. They even have small toddler shopping carts where my kid can help carry stuff I'm getting."
"This is a great family owned franchised hardware store. They have so many unique items that you won't find at the big box places, and they are able to make keys the big don't keep in stock. I enjoy going here and just walking the isles to see what they have. There is a high probability that you will in not really needing anything but walk out with something you found to purchase for the house, backyard, kids, or yourself. Prices won't always be the lowest on every item again they are not Wal-Mart, but if you price compare online they do have items that are lower priced than anyone around town. I highly recommend visiting them to check them out at least once. I think they used to be further down the street closer to Stone Mountain years ago but have moved to their current location or they have always been in this spot and the other location just closed. There is staff around and they will try and answer questions as best they can."
"If you are looking for hardware or even help solving an issue, Handy Ace is the place to go. The employees were very helpful and directed me and assisted me in purchasing the items needed to raise a chair 2 inches. Everything I needed was in stock so I could complete the project the same day. The selection of specialty hardware was good, and the service was excellent."
"This store has good items that can't be found anywhere store else, there's a smiling person at the door, and the staff is cooperative in finding them, but some are not happy, especially the one who always walks around with a cart."
