"I would be very careful doing business with Trinity Surfaces. Had a large order with them for Pedestals & Pavers. The sales guy I was dealing within their company was apparently not up on his technical. Anyway at the end of the day we had to order a whole other round of pedestals for the job because he primarily sent 0's, 1's & 2" pedestals when our minimum height was 3.5". He happily helped me out and I ordered the correct heights and he said I could send them back less a 25% restocking fee (VERY HIGH) but I had to have them! Craig apparently left the company shortly thereafter and now I am stuck with boxes & boxes of pedestals I will most likely never use!! MAKE SURE YOU GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING IS ALL I CAN SAY!! Sad thing is I have 2 nice size Paver projects coming up this year - to bad for them!!"
