I needed paint for a project and Lyia went above and beyond to make sure I had all the supplies I needed and took the time to discuss the difference in paint finishes and trim. She even took my color sample to the natural light at the window ta make sure I was happy with my color choice. She offered tips and tricks to get me started all with a smile on her face and pep in her step;) Without hesitation will chose this location for all future projects!"
"I just had a very positive first experience at this location. I’ve gone to SW for paint for years and always have gotten the service I needed. The store was quite busy and not at all because of slow service. Both sales associates were working efficiently to help all of the customers. Cameron was very helpful, friendly, and had an excellent attitude despite being busy. And Kendrick lent a hand while still attending the needs of another customer. I will definitely be coming back to this store in the future."
"Not impressed, at all. Placed an order online, and waited for the confirmation email to tell me that my order was ready. I arrived about an hour after I received my confirmation email and I called the store to tell them I was in the parking lot for curbside pickup. I was instructed to come into the store. I waited about 15 minutes In line before I went to the counter to inform the associate I was just picking up an order, and not buying anything. I was told to wait in line, and waited an additional 15-20 min before an associate was able to hand me my merchandise that was in plain view on the counter and already paid for. Quite ridiculous."
