"Don't care for your b.s. ad!"
"I was doing renovations in my home and needed carpet replaced in 3 bedrooms so they did measurements however the other contractors took longer to complete the other jobs. These people called every week for 2 months to see when I was ready to purchase and install. Finally I made the purchase and was told the carpet would need to be ordered and it would take a week. After a week no call so I called them and was told someone would call me back, 2 days later no call then I called them back. Finally 2 days later the installer called to schedule the installer for 9 am on a Tuesday, 11am no call, no show. The installers showed up at 12 then said they would need cut the carpet inside my garage because the warehouse was too far to cut the carpet then come back. Why wouldn’t LL call me that morning to reschedule? Why would a carpet company assume a home has an empty garage to cut carpet? They kept my money and the carpet. So buyer beware. They are HORRIBLE. I found Carpet Depot in Austell and they came out two days later. I received a call that morning to confirm the appointment, two gentleman showed up on time and the carpet was installed in less than 3 hours. Their customer service is amazing."
