"I first contacted the store by phone on 11/22 for a lumber quote for a 2k sqft addition. Spoke with Edwar Sanchez. I emailed my info to Edwar on 11/22 and followed up 11/29 and 12/1 by email and phone. No response. I spoke with other associates explaining that Edwar was not responding. Still no assistance."

We purchased Trex boards for our patio deck - not only were the boards in stock at a very competitive price, they were also delivered on time and when we purchased a few extra boards that weren't needed, they were restocked very timely and without any issues or extra fees.
