"Terrible Customer Service! I have clothes cleaned here fairly often (due to their relatively fast turnaround time).I needed to drop a few pieces off and a staff member (an older woman) that I have never encountered was working. When I pulled up, she didn’t provide a greeting whatsoever. No problem. I gave her my phone number while I reached for my clothes in the front seat. She yelled at me “What’s your name?!!”. I said “ Excuse me.” She yelled in a very belligerent voice, even louder this time “What’s your name?!!!”. I stated plainly to her “You really shouldn’t speak to customers in that manner”, then proceeded to drive off. Not sure if she was having a bad day, but that’s no excuse for speaking disrespectfully to customers. There are many dry cleaners in the area and customer service goes a long way."

"Damaged my clothing and nothing was said to me when picked up. Man who works there wasnt apologetic at all. Will not return there."

"I left an expensive Croscill comforter with Ritz Cleaners on Dallas Hwy to be DRY cleaned. When I returned to pick it up, the woman at the desk gave me money for a refund, saying I'd been overcharged. The reason, she said, was that they had laundered my comforter instead of dry cleaning it. I told her I had requested dry cleaning. She said that "they" saw the label, and it said to launder, not dry clean, so they were following label instructions. EXCEPT, I had removed the labels. There was no label to instruct them. They lied. Had I been feeling better, I'd have made her show me the label, but the truth is, this woman is not the one that made the decision to launder my comforter, so why ruin her day? I'm guessing she has to deal with this a lot. There is another reviewer stating Ritz Cleaners did the same thing to their comforter (and the reviewer said it was ruined as a result). Luckily, mine was not "ruined," but it doesn't look as nice as it did-- kind of worn and old-looking now with some pilling of the fabric. To be fair, I really don't know if it would have come out looking better with dry cleaning, but when it was cleaned last year, it WAS dry cleaned and looked almost new afterward. As the comforter is only 2 years old and used only half the year, I had reasons to expect a better result. If you REALLY want your item dry cleaned, I suggest you don't go here. They'll do whatever works best for them, no matter your request or what you pay for."

"This place is a Jem , I worked in restaurant business. I took 2 of table cloths that are badly stained . When I picked them up , it looks like brand new table cloths. There is no trace of stained at all !! I highly recommend this place ."

"I’ve been using this dry cleaners for years. I left an order with them and sadly forgot about it. Today I finally remembered to pick it up. It’s February. I dropped it in November. Bless. it. The super kind man who owns the dry cleaners handed over a $20 bill that was found inside my husband’s pants. I was astonished. I had no idea he left cash in his pants and never would have known had the owner kept it. I will never go anywhere else!"
