My clothes were not properly cleaned (my clothes smelled and "lent balls" were left on them), and the owner also has poor customer service skills. He got angry and raised his voice and talked over me. I respectfully shared my concerns and asked questions, but he had a problem with that. I expected him to apologize and reclean my garments. That's all."
"Went in to get alterations done on a uniform. The owner was SO nice and helpful. He explained in detail why I shouldn’t actually have him alter my uniform. He spent so much time with me to not even get any business, because he wanted to stay honest rather than just taking money. Top notch guy!"
