"This place is racist!!!!! Came to my home and told me I live in the ghetto, looked at my black neighbor and told me to 'be careful' here in Carrollton. We are Puerto Rican and had lived here 1 week at that point. The owner Jolie just told me that she knew of the racist worker and that they sent me a letter apologizing. Here is the letter. She (the owner) said that she wasn't responsible for the people who work for her!! Well, I paid 10k in flooring with this place and they wouldn't come back to fix the floors because I called them out on their racist workers!! I have all of the audio and video and texts of the proof. The certified letter I signed for sure admitted to the behavior, but she said they owe me no apologies"

"Wow! That's all that comes to mind. Since moving to Alabama/Georgia area from Oklahoma I though I would never see down home honest to goodness real "Happy to help you" service. These guys will give you a great deal on your flooring needs. We looked for weeks and I didn't have a big budget but they gave me a really great deal and went out of their way to pull and show me rolls. They don't try to sale you, they just try to help you with your flooring needs. The people that work there have been there twenty to thirty years. They also install. Please check them out before you waste your time looking all over. I wish I had."
