"My first ever bad review on a company but I pray no one has to go through this type of situation. (Only ⭐️ ⭐️ given due to the nice man who’s trying to fix this mistake) My husband and I shopped around the Carroll County area and found this location to be the most reasonable. We were so excited to finally be able to complete our fire pit due to a huge get together we’re having this weekend. When one of the men spoke with my husband about the delivery he told them please place the rock to the LEFT of our garage. To the left of our garage is a huge fireplace we’ve been working on. Again, he also included he will drive down the driveway and dump the rock to the left of the garage. Apparently, the person delivering the rock only drove halfway down our driveway and dumped the entire rock next to our POND (with fish and water inside) that is located in FRONT of our home. My husband called to let them know it was delivered to the wrong spot. He spoke with someone from the company who was very understanding (Luke?) and stated he would come see exactly what the issue was. He told my husband they would find a way to get it moved to the correct spot using a skid steer. Fast forward to today and the owner told the man we’ve been speaking to that the skid steer will not work. He then explained to my husband that the owner said “that they should have had better directions”. If you look at the pictures I have posted I’m not sure how much “better” he could have explained it. It is seriously a hill up to our house and we cannot move this alone whatsoever. We’ve had people deliver many things here and directions have NEVER been a problem. We’ve never received a call from the owner and we’ve only spoke to the nice man (I think his name is Luke) trying to fix this issue. We spent $850 on this and I’m sure it may not be a lot of money to some but being a teacher it is! I love using local businesses because I love letting others know about a good company but the way this owner has handled it has not been professional whatsoever. Please see the attached photos as you can understand my frustration on how our situation has been handled. The pictures are close ups of the rock by the pond, our fire pit to the left of the garage, our barn going down our driveway that has a tractor inside, and a view from our garage looking down the hill at the pond where the rock was left."
