"I purchased shaved parmesan cheese, but when I got home, I noticed that it was molded. I hadn't even opened the package. So I took it back the next day to EXCHANGE it, not return it, and I was met with a very dismissive attitude by Mr. Taylor, one of the "managers", who told me that I couldn't exchange it because I didn't have the receipt and "we don't know if you bought it from us or somewhere else." Seriously??? It's $3 cheese, and I still had other items to purchase as well. So, to say the least, this was not a great experience. I shop here A LOT, so I was very disappointed in how this was handled. It wasn't about the money, but rather the lack of customer service and especially from a "manager"."
