"My mother and I visited this place during the Christmas holiday season expecting to spend at LEAST 2k because we love the company so much. Quality galore, except… awful, very awful customer service. Unfortunately we encountered an employee who was completely unprofessional and made insulting and quite embarrassing comments about my mother’s disability to see. My mother is legally blind in one of her eyes and the cashier asked her (in what she thought was a joking matter), “Do you need my glasses?” Completely rude, insensitive and also intelligent to have asked. I called corporate who connected me with the manager of the store at the Mall of Stonecrest, he was barely apologetic and I could tell I was being brushed off as an every day complaint of theirs. His response was that they would talk with and retrain their employees on customer service and also send my mother a bag of skincare as an apology. Totally unacceptable and also another lovely insult. I will not keep quiet about this. It hasn’t happened and we are dissatisfied. My attorney will be the next point of contact."

"You can't trust the people at this store. A few yrs ago, I bought a bottle of perfume and the 1st time I used it, the top broke. I brought it back & even with a receipt, they refused to give me a refund. They were extremely rude & would only give me a gift card (as if I'd ever shop there again). Four years later I give the gift card to my friend. When she goes to use it, another rude clerk tells her, "there's is a ZERO BALANCE on the card". So not only did they sell me a defective bottle of perfume, refuse to give me a refund (even w receipt) and then to top it off, they purposely gave me a blank gift card. They STOLE my $90 is what they did. I GUARANTEE YOU THEY ACTUALLY TOOK THE CASH & kept it for THEMSELVES and gave me a blank gift card."
