"Anderson Feed & Hardware is my preferred Stihl dealer and where I get all of my chicken supplies. The service is great, and the employees are knowledgeable. I recently took my chainsaw in for repairs because it wouldn't start. The guy in the store tried to start it, too, but couldn't. So it wasn't just me doing something wrong. Then, the repair guy (Cliff) looked at and apparently started it with no problem, so they called me and I got my saw back at no charge. To me, that's worth my loyalty. They could have lied and charged me for expensive repairs, but instead of doing that, they were honest. That kind of business conduct keeps customers coming back. Go check them out!"
