"Very bad experience, gave 4 dress shirts and 1 dress pant. All shirts cuffs and collars were dirty as if it were washed with water only. Upon asking I was told they dont use detergent but chemicals. Whats the use of chemicals? Make sure to check your laundry esp Collars and Cuffs and pants before you leave."

"Cheaper than most cleaners but, as the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. I brought in a pair of thick fabric cargo shorts to be washed and ironed with starch -- looked like Good Cents had mopped the floor with the shorts when I picked them up. And it took four days to get them back because Good Cents only does heavy starching on Thursdays! A man with an unintelligible (what appears to be) Irish accent, who's supposed to be handling the front desk, is always outside on his cell phone. He has no idea what's going on, has to call to the staff in the back; he made an error in taking in my clothing on the pickup receipt (but I was able to straighten it out with another staff person when I retrieved the garments). There are two other cleaners within a mile and a half -- Kleen Cleaners on Steve Reynolds and Satellite, who I've been using for years -- and Swan Dry Cleaners in the Kroger Shopping Center next to the Little Caesars. Swan offers good old fashioned same day service (in by 10, out by 5) and has a 4.4 rating on Google based on 50 reviews. Use one of them."

"This place is right next to my office so I thought I'd give it a try and they were great. I had 5 dress shirts and 3 pairs of pants and the total came out to $15.60, so $1.50 per shirt and $2.70 per pair of pants. I dropped them off on a Wednesday morning and they were ready as lunchtime around noon the following day. The two ladies who work there were also really nice. I'll plan to go here again the next time I need some dry cleaning done."
