"This was the most rushed cleaning service I’ve ever experienced. Number one, they falsely advertise how much the cleaning will actually be be on their site and when they finally get to you they inflate the price saying it should have been interpreted a certain way. They do not explicitly list how much the actual cleaning is going to cost. Then after I finally decided to move forward with the job, they rushed the entire cleaning service. I feel like I could do a better job myself in one hour. They also left a scratch on my mirror that I noticed. This is obviously due to negligence when wiping the mirrors with cleaning materials. It was terrible. I would not recommend this cleaning service to anyone."

"I was very pleased with the out come and plan on using this company for future services. Cons- Although i am pleased and content better communication is needed between Owner with client and then owner to staff. I was a little frustrated when i had to go back in forth with the staff on service i had discussed already with her boss. Also some staff need to keep professional on there remarks to the clients,we already knew the cleaning that needed to be done so that's why we called a CLEANING SERVICE!! The over all outcome was that they left with a continuing service client."

"They were the nicest and the fairest people you can find for a cleaning service. The price was fair and they did job beyond the price. My home was broken into an was a wreck. I had to have junkers to remove the mess that was created that the cleaners helped me find. Then afterwards they got to work cleaning. The customer service with Gloria is nice and professional Margarett and Emmanuel were two nice people to come help to clean the house and they did a great job too as well. I highly, highly recommend this service as they did a phenomenal job. Professional, on time, thorough. Money well spent in my opinion."

"Not at all satisfied with the service. They will try to add more hrs. I had to spend another 4 hrs to clean. Literally you have to be behind them have to touch each and every racks whether they have actually cleaned or bluffed. I have kept several pictures, I can share. They will keep on tell you that nobody does this level or cleaning. Please understand that you don’t do your job properly. I had a contract to clean carpet. But when they showed up, they said we will just do vacuum, really? That I also could do. I had to remove each stain from carpet. Not sure, for what I have paid for. If they have to rub twice to clean a place, they will say this can’t be removed. Property managers don’t check this deep. I’m not at all satisfied."
