"I was given a price by a sales lady named Brittany, I placed the order through a dealer in TN, then they called a week later to tell me the price was wrong and I owed $2700 more if I still wanted my carport. They did not stand behind there quoted price. I do NOT recommend them."

"Fun fact, this place is ran by people that strives to tell you lies. Waited over 4 months to get a simple carport installed. Was given numerous lies about why they couldn’t deliver my carport. Even told there was two customers with the same name as me and there was a mixup. Taken days off work and waited for the installer arrive, but a no show. Not even a call. I asked for some of the price to be taken off and they couldn’t even take $25 off. Also asked for the manager Denise to call me back so I could discuss the issues I have and that’s been over a week, nothing. I would NOT acquire this company for anything. Quality is the last thing they promote and customer service is non existent. They would screen my calls until I blocked my number and then they would answer. So, if you want to wait for months and get lied to about delivery, waste vacation time over and over, and be ignored when you call, this is your company. I read the reviews and saw the comments and thought it can’t be that bad, boy was I wrong. Stay clear."

"We ordered a carport and 8 weeks after we ordered it they finally came to install it. (Originally told 5 weeks.) They refused to install on our 6x6 foundation because it was too tall on one side. 4 foot off the ground. We were not given any guidelines for the foundation when the order was placed. Tried to leave the carport for us to assemble. We told them to take it back because we ordered it with assembly and set up. They said they could find another installer but it would be another 7 to 8 weeks. We have asked for a refund of our deposit but have been told that it was nonrefundable. They broke the contract by refusing to install it."

"They came out and put up the rv cover when almost done there were 2 panels that I paid for were not on the trailer. Collected their monies and said the would be back later that week. No show or call. So I called them again and was told that they forgot to put me on the schedule. Called again and she said they would be out next week and they would call before they came. Called again on the 14th and was told they had several techs out hurt. I reminded the lady that they have my monies and want them to come finish the job she said she would get back to me. Well here it is Thursday August 15th and no phone call or contact of any kind. Decided to send this along with phone number to my attorney and see if she can get something done."

"Liars and horrible customer service! They can't answer phone or call you back! Rude! Unprofessional! No one knows what's going on there! Do business elsewhere! They lie, are rude and can't answer the phone after they have your money! Still not sure when my carport will be ready. Was told 3 weeks initially. I was called on week 2 and was told it was done and wanted to set up an install day, which we set. They would call the day before to set up a specific time on that day...they never called back to verify a time. I called them many times and left voice-mail saying I needed to know something and not waste my day...still got no call. When I finally got someone the next day, I got no apology! She responded by saying "that's strange, there was 3 of us answering phones yesterday" GRRRR! Yet no one answered for me! Or returned my calls! Then she said my building isn't ready for a few more weeks! Does anyone know what's going on there?!?! I may want my money back! Check there reviews...all 1 star! For good reason!"
