"Today was my first time using this laundry mat. First impression was it was clean and quiet. I had my three kids with me. My children are very well behaved but are still kids. As I was turning the clothes over to the dryer a worker was standing there watching us. My two year old twins were trying to climb into the rolling basket. I was trying to explain to them not to do that and it’s dangerous. The worker walks over and tells me children are not allowed in the rolling basket and looked me up and down. (She watched and listened the entire time as I was telling my kids not to and not letting them) and then takes the basket from me. Very unprofessional. She saw me struggling trying to do our laundry and instead of being compassionate she used that to be ugly to me. Will not be back."

"The machines are premium and always clean. I've never had an issue getting quarters, using the detergent vending machine, or with the washers/dryers. Minus one star because I have also rarely seen an attendant there and the bathroom requires an attendant key to access - as does the purchase of everything for sale in the attendant area (basically what's available in the detergent vending but for better prices). It would also be nice to have someone there to trade left over quarters back for paper cash but these things won't stop me from going back again. They have the largest washer I've ever seen and the smaller ones allow you to add liquid (detergent/bleach/fabric softener) at any point in the cycle."

"I visited this location on 7/9/2022. This was my first time coming here. Ms. Sonya Whitehead was cleaning the facility from the time I got there until the time I left. She was really sweet and knowledgeable. I greatly appreciate her customer service. The equipment is very nice, and very well kept . Whomever owns this establishment you can tell they take care of their property. I will definitely be visiting this location in the near future. If you need somewhere to wash and dry your clothes this is the place."

"They've recently (not exactly sure how recent since I've not been in over two years before this day) added two 80lb washers and they also have 4 (I believe) 75lb dryers... AMAZING! I had 4 loads of laundry including bedding and it ALL fit in the 80lb washer easily with room to spare and it also all fit into the 75lb dryer with ease and lots of room to spare...clothes washed in 23 minutes (again 4 loads plus bedding) and dried in 38 minutes...again, amazing!"
