"They are going to say my name is not in their database and they are correct. I rent from Cherokee Mill Lofts our on-site manager had work done on her home in exchange for this contract on the apartments. The first day the workers came out I was super impressed with one of them because of how respectful he seemed. I asked if they were going to put plastic over my belongings to make sure the dust from the demolition would not get anywhere and I was reassured that they would cover everything that would be affected. I also left my phone number in case they needed me to move any of my furniture out of the way I was again assured they would do it and they would be very careful. Well they broke my brand new couch and ruined the only rug I was able to save from the flood and the white powder is EVERYWHERE, nothing was ever covered. On the second day I asked again about covering my items they again said they would this time and mentioned the couch, again nothing was covered and a denial about the couch. The third day my father came to keep an eye on things, he mentioned to round and sweaty that he was a retired attorney. Round and sweaty immediately called David the owner and they refused to finish any work on my unit until he was removed. In short they are messy, they lie, and they do not care about your belongings or your home. So far this is what I’m left with and no there is nothing but insulation between my neighbors and I for quite sometime. We are going on day 5 and my unit is still not done with demo. There were NO containment barriers, no action was taken to prevent any spread of this at all. You continue to lie about the work you do. They did not even keep the door to the one room that was unaffected closed. So no unprofessional and gaslighting. I have stopped In frequently each day so I know what was done in my own home. And I believe the pictures are proof enough that there were in fact no containment barriers. We are now over a month out and still no walls they left us with nothing, and what do you know no cleaning was done either as stated by whoever answered. These people just don’t care Update 3 weeks later and these people can’t hit a deadline to save their lives. Still not done, still disrespectful of our belongings and really shoddy workmanship Update 4: so they “know that the workmanship is not up to par and it would have taken additional time to fix it but due to my interactions (this review) the crew has declined to fix it” sounds like a cop out. The fix would be do it right in the timeframe and if it’s not correct don’t wait a week and ignore it and keep going with it Update 5. Month 4 and they still are not complete and where did that professional clean go that we were promised?"

"If I could leave zero stars I would. I am leaving this review because I continue to hear of poor work being done. They remediated water damage of my 87 year old aunts home while she was dieing of brain cancer. They didn’t show up for weeks on end. Pushed to be paid before work was not yet complete and the quality of the work was horrendous. They are in this for a quick buck in my opinion and are not skilled tradesman. The end product was a disgrace to the industry. You have been warned."

"I can’t say that I had a 5 star experience since my security camera caught one of their employees making fun of me plus slamming a door and kicking a roll of tape when he was frustrated, but the company did treat my crawl space for mold. Juan the project manager was polite, and I met the owner who came to oversee things when air testing after the first round of spraying revealed that a second round needed to be done for the job to be thorough. They were quick to communicate via both email and phone calls. The guys working bagged up and took all the debris with them. I don't know the guy's name who mocked me, but he fits the description of the person with whom the previous reviewer mentioned experiencing a problem - "round and sweaty.""

"I hired grace restoration for my crawl space mold issue last month, they arrived on time and performed the work very professionally and in a timely manner. They resolved my issue and I am very happy with the results. Since they were out I have kept an eye on the area and there have been no further issues. I definitely recommend this company!"

"I called several places to have my crawlspace repaired (vapor barrier and insulation) and after several phone calls, I had someone refer me to Grace Restoration and they have been amazing! They worked with me and kept me informed the whole time, did a great job on repairs, were very lenient with time and scheduling, and answered all my questions as well as saved me any money they could while doing the job correctly. David is the owner and he has always been responsive and nice, and his coworkers were all very nice as well. The one I dealt with most is Juan and he was awesome! I have used them twice already and will use them again if I have any more issues like this in the future!"
