"We know nothing about a pool. So we went local to have water tested and buy supplies needed. We received a new brand salt system that Clines was going with and it was new to them as well. When the system gave a check salt reading , they checked the water and said it was okay. Yet couldn’t explain why it displayed check salt. So we didn’t use them our 1st year last year. We were on our own. We thought they didn’t care and so we wouldn’t use them. This month our salt system displayed no flow and we ran our pump in plugged from salt system and did everything Clines suggested. They sent the technician out and he replaced with a new unit. This occurred within 1 week and the owner was accommodating all through the process. I feel really bad for jumping to conclusions, that they didn’t care. They do and I’m so thankful to be able to let them test my water instead of me. It is time consuming to keep chemicals balanced and order them off line. Now I can go have water checked and get chemicals there when needed. The salt system is wonderful and usually just needs ph adjusted."
