"My wife and I brought in a comforter to be dry cleaned. We specifically told him that the comforter was dry clean only. When we came back to pick up the comforter, they laundered the comforter and allowed it to air dry. It left the comforter with a horrible smell. The male owner was rude and defended his actions. Also, he charged us more than what he quoted us. Stay away from this business. They are not professional and the business owner is incompetent."

"I give this place a 0!! I had a evening dress dry cleaned and had an existing hidden button on the front of the dress re stitched bc it was unattached one end, the re stitching was horrible and had string showing all over the front also it was loose and looked so sloppy like a 5 year old did it, the worst part was that it no longer was hidden she placed it in the middle front and it 100% noticeable. I mentioned this to her and she acted like she did not understand, I asked if she could fix it and she said “come back if once you try it on you don’t like” obviously it needs to be hidden not showing that’s why I asked she redo it , then I asked her if she was going to charge me for that and she said yeah you can just pin it if you don’t like ... so ridiculous. Aside from that mess the dress smelled disgusting and did not appear like it was dry cleaned thoroughly. Would not recommend at all."

"I took a white leather jacket to be cleaned around the neckline (the neckline was white denim) and they told me that they would have to send it off to be cleaned. I said no problem, but when I went to pick it up they said that the company told them it couldn’t be cleaned... and the entirety of the right sleeve (white leather) was doused in blue cleaning fluid. I told them that was not there when I dropped it off and they proceeded to argue with me that, yes it was. They refused to own up to it and refused to fix their mistake. The jacket was a wedding gift and is now ruined. I would NEVER recommend them"

"Terrible. I Took a 3 piece suit, a brand new tie and a band new shirt. Pants were not pressed neither was the shirt. So it seems like i was charged $25 for a mediocre job, lady that i dropped it off with asked when i needed it by, i looked at her and told her tomorrow she seemed annoyed, tells me tomorrow morning! Then gave me ticket and walked away, fast forward to next day around 12 went to pick it up, im greeted by a man. I gave him the ticket and he looked through the sorting rack and tells me "not ready"! Come back at lunch! And walked away. Last time I checked lunchtime was at 12 right? Oh well. I went back at 1645, finally got my suit. And paid $25.00, like mentioned above suit was wrinkly still...... Definitely not using this place ever again"

"Owner is very friendly and kind. Clean facility and they did a nice job on our clothes. Highly recommend."
