"I walked into this place last month to do my friends laundry. It's been almost 6 years since I have been inside this laundry mat. I could not believe my eyes. This place was ALWAYS so clean, well managed, organized, very trust worthy, kind hearted and helpful staff. PLEASE TELL ME, WHERE IS MISS BETTY???? And what has happened to the Elrod family (THE ORIGINAL OWNERS OF THIS PLACE). It's not the same... Mr. Elrod always made sure that this place was so perfect for his customers. No matter what. And Miss Betty did also. In conclusion, This laundry mat has a reputation to uphold. The bar was set high for the new owners. It is very obtainable. But if they can't seem to do any better than they are now. Then please sale it to someone who will! Not returning phone calls?, Broken down equipment, Not refunding the money that the equipment is taking from these customers, dirty floors, dirty machines, dirty bathrooms, Staff is MIA, NOT OPENING YOUR DOORS FOR BUSINESS HOURS THAT ARE ALREADY POSTED. (THIS IS AN EMBARRASSMENT) What is more important than YOUR OWN BUSINESS? Besides your family..... Hopefully this place can be saved. But for now I am very disappointed! And hopefully the new owners will start showing their appreciation as well. This really is such a great laundry mat! Maybe they need to hire some more help though. MISS BETTY, you are the BEST!"
"This is an updated version. It is December 18th 2023 @ 8:20 am. And people were waiting for the laundry mat to open. They lost customers already they left . We are still waiting. Rene and her husband are very unprofessional. If you change the hours. You need to stay with those hours, it's your job if you can't do what your getting paid to do find another job that's more to your level of skill set than managing a property you can't even arrive in time to open."
"Very poorly maintained. Messaged the owners about a broken dryer. Never heard back from them and it was weeks before they put an out of order sign on it. Seems every week there's a washer or dryer that steals your money. Definitely won't be back. Do not recommend."
"Started coming a few months ago. Average laundry mat. I'm giving a lower rating because the price went up quite a bit. Half the machines have out of order signs and the dryers don't do a good job drying."
"It deserves to be 5 stars, but recently it's not as clean as a couple of months ago. Some washers and dryers have a sticker (out of order) for more than a month.!!"
