"If I could I give this established a -5 review I would and negative stars need to be applied as part as review. Anyway took my laundry to this place thought to be a alright laundromat, as I have seen worse. Quite little corner spot. Put my clothes on a big boy washer at 9.00 dollars cost. Only place in town I get it now complaint there. If gonna charge top notch price should get top notch service believe anyone would agree. No attendant to help with issues and at the cost to wash clothes could definitely hire an employee or 2.. I leave isn't anyone there come back to it the same way. Go to check on my clothes on the washer but to my surprise they are gone. I left for no more than 20 mins. 03-21-23 . I am fuming!!!! There is not any type of number to call to speak with anyone. Come on who runs a business like this honestly. I been here for 4 hours now waiting for some type of employees, owner to come check out their business. I don't get it, a suggestion box on the wall that never gets checked. I put my name and number in it so we will see. I know someone best contact me because I'm camping out in here till I get my clothes or replaced. Classy place this is stay away."

"Left my comforter in the dryer to run home and let my dog out…came back and someone had stolen my comforter. It says there’s surveillance. I really sad you can’t trust a small town laundry mat so that you can run home and check on ur dog."

"Many dryers & washers do not work and they will not leave signs to let you know not to use them. There is no contact info to get your money back. Not very clean. Cost to wash, dry and buy soap, etc is a LOT more than others I use in Fort O."

"Walked in 6pm to do clothes.. It's 89. Outside but inside laundry mat it's higher.....i would say by feel at least 95 or more.. A.C. isn't on at all ... Had to prop door open trying to cool it off. A.C. is locked up in office no way to call or try and contact anyone to come and turn on.. I can't image what it will be when I run 5 dryers cause always run them at least 30 mins or more.,To make sure clothes are dry. House burnt so at this time I have no other choice than to use laundry mat. Even if bought washer and dryer, no place to put waiting on build back.. I spend over $30 weekly in this place and sitting here dying of a heat stroke just to get my clothes done."
