"Ace is the Place for the helpful hardware folk. This is a good store. The employees are helpful and friendly. They must have good management at this Elders in Trenton, because when you go inside by the time you come out every employee will have asked you if you needed assistance. They stay stocked with most materials you might need for a diy project. Prices are high, but that is all Ace Hardware stores. They sell Milwaukee and Yeti. That’s a plus."
"This store feels very “owner run” to me in that Every single worker is incredibly intelligent, and so eager and happy to help. Store is extremely organized, well lit, welcoming, lots of big doors with natural light. One of the most professional hardware stores I’ve ever been on in my life!!! I own and run and manage a lot of properties, and they always are able to help me!"
"9:30 am Sunday called to see if they had a kitchen faucet. They answered and said yes. Get there 11:20 am. Sign on door says open Sunday at 12:00. On their web sight it clearly reads open when I called at 9:30 am. Talked to the manager and he said “It’s not me, it’s the corporate office. And that every Sunday people get there at 11:00 am and it’s closed.” Who ever is running the show needs to pull their head out!"
