US Cabinet Depot (Georgia)

"Ordered cabinets from said company through Amazon Stone 2 years ago. Cabinet surfaces have been chipping in many areas just from regular cleanings with sponge and cleanser(non abrasive). Areas that are not in high use cabinets and drawers have chipped. Amazon Stone Rep also agreed to above findings and reported same to manufacturer. Their response was “their warranty only covers surface level issues with the paint not damages that occur with everyday use.” Buyer be ware, Do not Clean these cabinets! BTW this was a remodel of our new home in Newnan Georgia after relocating from out of state. Have never experienced such shoddy work in all the years of owning homes! However, they did offer to replace damaged exteriors at OUR expense. Small claims court here we come!"

"I went up to this location to talk to someone about the screw up WholesaleCabinets.us out of Naples, Fl made and meet Kyle. He was very knowledgeable of the products, designs, and very concerning about my issues and did all he could to help me with getting my kitchen straight. I took up almost 2 hrs of his time 1st thing and the morning and even though he wasn't my designer originally he solved every problem I had all the way. If you need cabinets don't hesitate to go to these guys they are the best and there software is excellent!!"

"Great service from the woman today behind the counter and service in regards to the correct order and helping load the cabinets in the back of the van. The only thing I would change is that some of the behind the counter administrative personnel do not make eye contact (Not today) with the customers when initially talking to them. Eye contact displays friendly and coherent communication especially when dealing with customer service."

"No customer loyalty and dirty business is the policy here now. Update after response received. Excuses, you will still do business with me at a 700% increase, yall are dirty and have done alot of people wrong. "I have been a dealer for these guys for 4 years now. They have been very very good. However lately ... THEY ARE OUT OF EVERYTHING!!!! Do not order from them... you will not be able to finish your project. Every day it gets worse. They say mid-January everything will be back in stock.. so I checked the inventory report.. now it says mid-February. We are being forced to turn to alternate suppliers to keep our projects flowing. HUGE HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!"
