"I am obsessed with their beautiful and well-made products. We purchased two vanities. They shipped quickly and were S-T-U-N-N-I-N-G. Our project experienced some delays and my contractor was not able install until several months later. When we encountered a minor issue after opening the protective packaging, Willow Bath & Vanity were quick to jump into action and helped to resolve the issue. I would definitely purchase from Willow again, and I would recommend to others."

"I have had a terrible experience with the vanity I ordered. Although it shipped quickly, after my contractor came to install it we realized one of the sinks was shattered during shipping. Willow said they would ship a new sink, but it did not ship for 2 more days and required me to call to ask them again to please ship my sink ASAP. After the sink arrived, my contractor paid a second visit only to realize the brackets to install the sinks were missing. As of today, 3 days after calling the brackets have still not left the warehouse. I have had to call daily to check on this. In the meantime we continue to wait with no vanity in our primary bathroom. . After a second phonecall to Willow I asked for some sort of a discount/partial refund to make up for the huge inconveniences, wait times and additional fees I have had to pay to my contractor for now three visits for a simple vanity install. Willow offered me a $50 refund on a $3000 vanity. They refuse to offer me more since I used a 10% coupon when I purchased the vanity. I find this all very insulting. While it is a nice vanity, I will not ever order from Willow again due to their warehouse issues and poor customer service."

"I purchased my double Malibu in Pewter Green online this summer. It was a risk to me, since I never saw the actual product. I can’t express how happy I am with it. The vanity came in time and so carefully packed! My husband is a carpenter and he mentioned it’s a very well made piece of wooden furniture. The electric power point for toothbrushes in the bottom drawer was a surprise and I love it. It’s painted with more care than our kitchen. Hardware fits nicely our faucets. I absolutely recommend this company. Their customer service team was also very nice! I hope they are appreciated by the management."
