As this was major, decided to bring it to their attention. To my surprise, the owner of the cabinet company personally reached out to me to address the issue. He was incredibly understanding and empathetic, assuring me that they would take care of the problem promptly. He arranged for a new sample with the correct style, overnighted it, so we could move forward with painting the cabinets with the color and style of our choice. Beyond resolving the issue, the owner's presence and genuine concern made a significant impact on me as a customer. It showed that this was not just a business to him, but a passion. He went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction, and I truly appreciated his hands-on approach. Throughout the entire experience, from showroom and issue resolution, this cabinet company demonstrated an unwavering dedication to providing great service. "Cabinet Crafterz is the best! I got quotes from probably 5-6 different shops in town, and many did not respond to my emails or calls after initial interaction. Melissa at Cabinet Crafterz was extremely responsive, helpful, and made me feel very comfortable with my kitchen re design. She always sent updated dimensioned drawings and quotes with design changes, and is very good at her job. Melissa answered all of my questions and helped me come up with the best design for my kitchen. She was responsive via email, which makes things easier when you may not be able to talk on the phone during the work day. I had the layout updated a few times, and when I placed my order - the cabinets were PERFECTLY installed only 9 days later! The installer arrived early, left my house cleaner than when he arrived, and stayed late to finish the entire kitchen in only one day. The whole process with cabinet crafterz was incredibly easy and also affordable. The cabinets are great quality wood construction as well. I used Cabinet Crafterz design, assembly, and installation services. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a seamless kitchen design experience on a budget. 10/10 stars for Cabinet Crafterz!!
