"If you are considering a new mattress - make a stop to this store. Before even getting into the mattress itself, the reason to stop by this location is the staff itself. This group surprised me by all accounts in how they approached us. We did not have an appointment scheduled and were basically going around several mattress stores trying to just pull the trigger and lock in our bed choice. Figured it would be a good idea to go to an actual mattress store vs just the furniture stores. We were worried that going to an actual mattress store would leave us crowded by sales reps but this group did a great job of giving us no actual sale pressure and much more focused on very practical and basic elements of what we actually 'needed'. Even though our assumption was that the best bed would be the most expensive and so that is where we started, the sales rep focused on what the pain points were in our sleep and steered us to a specific model as a result. It just so happened that it was a much more affordable model (even though that was not really a huge focus for us - we wanted the right mattress and would spend to get it). Even after trying out several beds it was clear that the sales rep was completely correct right out of the gate as to the bed right for us. Even when we raised concerns about cooling or other elements, the rep kept us focused on an efficient process that focused on the mattress that had the support range for us and then showed how types of covers and other elements can resolve concerns about cooling so that the primary focus always remained on the support of the bed. The process was clearly simple in the sales reps mind and that helped keep the experience as low pressure and strait forward (i.e. her position was that this bed is the right one for your needs in this store - you love it or you don't - no lengthy pitch needed beyond the mattress speaking for itself). Ended up buying the mattress right there upon walk in (will be going back to actually do an assessment of our 'perfect' scores - but did not need that to know it was the right choice). Mattress was also really nice of course - but service approach here is very helpful if you just want to relax and feel out the right bed for you with real advice vs sales pitch."
