"Met the owner at my job and was told about Hanover's Hoopla event. Wasn't able to go then, but went to area for a mini day date today. They have a nice assortment of stuff, a lot by local craftsmen. It's a little tight, but reminds me of shops I've been to in New Orleans. While we didn't buy anything today, we do plan on bringing friends there in the future to show them a quaint spot of Chattanooga."
