"Had to go back twice last week this week same thing has happened to my nail this week they are pitiful I will not be going back I'm really upset because I spent 45$ when I could've went to where I usually go and they only charge me $30 never again!!!"
"Went in on my lunch break to get a polish change. There were only 3 customers there so I knew it would be a breeze getting in and out. I sat down and waited on a friend to join me. We ended up waiting about 15 mins before the lady started on me. *sidenote, there were 2 other ladies sitting in booths, one on the phone, the other taking a nap* The lady doing the polish change was very slooooow, and at one point stopped polishing to scroll through her Facebook account. When I said something to get her attention, she just looked at me and kept scrolling! When I was time to pay, the sleeper woke up and cashed me out - $10! The place is beautiful, but the customer service is terrible. Will not be coming back here."
