"Waiting for items to ship is a long process (12 business days in my case) the once shipped, it arrived quickly (2 days). The dough bowl is beautiful and the smell ( Vanilla Eggnog) is superb with a nice strong throw but not overpowering. Love it, worth the money & worth the wait and great customer service. Will be ordering again. Update 3 months later: I have ordered 2 more times since original review and still very happy with their products and customer service."
