"I have always loved coming here for the atmosphere and the quality of the therapists, but I have to say I was very disappointed that they charged me half of the session because I canceled within 24 hours. My baby was sick and I had to stay home with him. I was going to reschedule, but now I am hesitant to go back there at all. Keep this in mind if you have littles or an unpredictable life. I’ve never canceled on them before and I feel like they should have offered at least one rescheduling without charging me. I have a newborn and instead of taking care of myself, the $ I just got charged would have been better served on diapers than on this."
"I've seen both Tamika and Kristen for deep-tissue massages and they are AMAZING! Seriously, I'm to the point where any time I tweak something in my neck or shoulder, I immediately schedule an appointment because I KNOW as soon as they get to work, the pain will almost entirely disappear. I sent my fiance over as well, and he was blown away by how much better he felt. Everyone is always so sweet too! Totally worth every penny and every minute I spend driving over :)"

"I found Pearl’s when looking for a prenatal massage and now I will be a lifetime customer! I love how easy it is to book & the spa is so clean and relaxing. I LOVE Vandell for my prenatal massages! She’s wonderful and so easy to talk too (I like small talk during my massages). I also love how they don’t sell memberships, etc. like other places that ruin your vibe with sales after a massage."
