"I submitted a service request to CalTek via TrustDale to repair my LG refrigerator. Makayla from CalTek called me and said they do not service my location, Ellenwood, but it clearly states that they do on their website. I believe they refuse to accept my request because the project was too big for them to handle. I agree with another review, they are incompetent and dishonest."
