"I was traveling a few hours away for a family emergency, my cell phone battery at 1% and I was without a charger in my car. My phone was my only GPS. Pulled off expressway to Best Buy and the staff was extremely helpful as soon as I walked in the door. Found what I needed within minutes. Checked out and back on the road quickly due to the knowledge of the employees. Thank you for helping me!"
"I hate to say it but not only does the manager not solve the issues presented to them they rather send customers off to other employees in the store so he and others can glaze at females behinds the whole time. This leads me to my problem of maybe this is what they decide to train the news employees to do instead of how to properly complete a pick up order. I spent $300+ on a device plus a protection plan just for them to get my money and me not to be able to even to put in a geek squad request for the said device that blacks out whenever it wants to. What’s even more frustrating is that since the behind glazing trained employee failed to complete my order. I now have no complete receipt of purchasing the device, nor the five year protection plan warranty. Along with that everyone I talk to rather keep passing me off instead of fixing the problem , which what had should have been done in the first place was a return exchange so I wouldn’t be here. Oh no, instead of getting the help I deserved after spending my hard earned money, I was pushed off in store by the manager himself for him to get his wee wee hard from glazing at the female customers behinds as they walked in. I really don’t appreciate the lack of customer service that this store provided. The training of the employee’s & management you all hire could be way better. I will not stop until my problem is resolved no matter how big or small. DO BETTER BEST BUY."
