"I tried to walk into Sally’s at 6:05 pm on 11/23/2020 for ONE thing. Keep in mind their hours on their door say open until 7 pm. 2 people were still in the store and they tell us the store is closed. I could understand walking in at 6:50 but a WHOLE hour before closing?! That’s terrible customer service. I have always loved Sally’s and I will continue shopping with them but it won’t be with the macon rd store. I don’t see how you can just stop accepting customers a whole hour before closing. Especially when we needed ONE thing."
"Really enjoyed my experience. If you are a Sally Rewards member, then the store will be able to use rewards from your account towards your purchase. Also, it is easy to have rewards transfer to your account. If it's online or on the app for Sally Beauty, it's in the store. For example: Texture ID is exclusively sold at Sally Beauty, which includes online and in-store. The quantity of items isn't as broad as the website, but it's better for when I want a small purchase and do not want to pay for shipping."
"I went in today and the female sales associate with the purple hair was rude to customers and rude to another sales associate. Her bad attitude changed the atmosphere. Despite this, I like Sally's and will continue to buy from them. Just not this particular one."
