I made an appointment about two weeks ago, and they were sending me emails as a reminder and confirmation almost every day, the day of the service appointment, I was called saying that there was no technician available. How come they didn’t even bother to call at least one day before??? THIS SUCKS!! Update: The technician they sent didn’t even pay attention to my explanations, maybe because he barely speaks and understands English."
