"We began using Blossman gas 2 years ago when we purchased our home. We ran out of gas and called Blossman who came out the next day! We are on the autofill program and love that we never have to worry about running out. We have been very pleased with their service."

"Horrible customer service. Tank is filled twice a year usually December and April. Filled this December then showed up again in February and said a leak. Wonder if it was caused during fill in December! Anyway most of cost to repair is emptying the tank which is more expensive then just getting new gas. Asked 2 different folks with company to work with me a long time customer. No response even though they can’t say that their fill tech did not cause the problem. RUN AWAY FROM BLOSSMAN GAS"

"Got 100 gallons of propane and had it run out not even a month later on Christmas Day, come to find out they did not preform a leak and wellness check and we had a massive gas leak. Dangerous and unprofessional. Since the gas went almost completely to waste (100 gallons in 28 days) they are refusing to take any responsibility, to remove the fill up from our bill, or to even apologize. If you like wasting money and poor customer service look no further!"

"Check Better Business Bureau rating before using this business! Blossman installed our 1000 gallon propane tank. They charged me nearly $1500 for the installation. They purchased the company that was going to do the installation that quoted me $650 only 3 months ago. They never installed the regulator nor informed me that they would need to do it later. Tomorrow we are having my birthday party and we wanted to heat our pool. I informed Buffy at Blossman that we needed help. She told me to hold. 30 minutes later I finally hung up and called them back. Linda answered the phone and I told her that I think Buffy forgot me and she literally said, "PROBABLY." I was then put on hold again for a couple of minutes and Buffy answered the phone. I mentioned my name and asked her if she found out if anyone could help us tomorrow. She said, "For what?" She couldn't remember who I was or what I was calling for. I told her the property address and she said, "Oh, no. No one is available tomorrow." She never bothered to apologize or try to remedy the issue. This company is terrible and this type of behavior and customer service is deplorable and unacceptable. You have been warned. Read the other reviews and I think you will agree. I would not believe it could possibly be this bad unless I experienced it myself. Trust me, it is that bad!!! November 18 Update: If you enjoy being lied too, stories and deception than choose this company. Today I had to go the onsite store to get any assistance. The summary, Linda asked me if who filled the tank with Propane? I asked why does it matter and she said that if it was someone else that they could not install the regulator. Then she called her manager and the manager said, "yes we can still install the regulator but they didn't pay for a regulator." This is in total opposition of everything I have been told to date. Effectively, they are either lying to me now or have been lying to me this whole time. Now I am having to pay someone else to come install the regulator. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. I hope you don't ignore this message and find yourself feeling regretful because you think you know better. My next stop, Better Business Bureau."
