"Don't bother calling for repair Guy said he would show up at 9 Monday when we called Thursday Nothing at 9 or 10 told husband he was 20 minutes away At 11 he told me he had a flat tire At noon he would no longer take either of our calls Call BG Appliances in Carrollton they were here in 15 minutes and did the simple repair without issues"
"Told him I needed a refrigerator, asked if he did any trades he said yeah what kind of car do you have I said no I am not trading a car for a refrigerator I have a stove he said no I wouldn't be interested in that. He must think a lot of his used appliances to think I would trade a car for one. SMH."

"Well...Old story. My dryer died, and I need another one. So... I stopped at the first place I saw. The young fella that helped me was the most helpful and showed me a dryer that was good, clean, and very reasonable. Great people!!"
"Horrible customer service. My friend purchased a washer from him that was broken. He promised to get it fixed but a month later, and he still hasnt come to fix it. My friend kept getting the run around after a few calls, and now he doesnt even answer her calls. I tried calling on my number and he picked up immediately lol. This guy is a disgrace to the community and a horrible business owner. Hopefully the recent string of bad reviews will kill his business or force him to him change his attitude and business practices"
