"I made an appointment and received a call from the office that Steve looked at my driveway and decided not to bother. If he had called, I would have easily told him how to get to the house. Obviously it’s possible since I leave on a daily basis, and UPS and FedEx have driven down and gotten out just fine. In fact, in the 23 years I’ve lived here, not one single person has been stranded and forced to start a new life in my yard. Instead, the message was relayed to me that when I fix my driveway, he will fix my dryer. How about I find someone else to do all my future repairs and suggest everyone else do the same?"

"I called first thing Monday morning to ask for someone to replace the belt on my clothes dryer. The office said they'd " see when he can schedule me and call me right back". I was also quoted $89.00 just to have their guy come give me an estimate. They were very clear that the actual repair is additional. When the office called me "right back" 3+ hours later she said he would see me on Thursday. I said "Ok, just cancel the appointment. " She then said she MIGHT be able to work me in on Wednesday. I said no - just cancel it for me. She said they could get a cancellation, or maybe I'd like to reschedule. Again, no thank you. Please cancel the request. She curtly told me to have a nice day and hung up. I haven't used them to repair anything. I couldn't get past the front office. Other appliance repair professionals were more customer friendly."

"If you have a Samsung refrigerator, then you know getting parts and finding someone to work on them is difficult. My husband ask someone in Big Canoe and Mr. Griffin was recommended. We gave him a call and he came the next day. He was on time, extremely professional and discussed our repair options. He ordered the part and installed it as soon as it came in. He kept us informed and was always prompt. We definitely recommend him to anyone that needs work on an appliance."
