"Perfect example of why most people shop online now. Walked in to look for handsfree cell device. Had a couple questions. Was told by 1 of 3 employees i had to be placec in Q before i vould be helped. Thier was a man standing at entrance. The Q placer. This frustrstred me to say the least. So i took stock of employee to customer ratio. It was 12 employees for only 4 customers. Oh and the Q guy never moved from his spot, never placed anyone in Q. No other customers came in while i was there. The emoloyee that told me i had to be placed in the Q was 1 of 2 employees watching a 3rd employee assist a customer at a computer. All this took 5 minutes. On my way out Q guy said sorry we could not assist you today!!! Not 1 employee tried to assist me. So i went to my vechicle took 5 minutes and ordered the device i wanted from amazon. Exact same device that was in the store. $11.00 lower in price and free delivery. I learned a Lesson! Will best buys?"
"Went to buy something. Less than 5 customers in the store. Asked the greater to have some one help me twice. Stood around for 10 minutes waiting for help. Multiple employees standing around. Walked out without buying. Drove out of my way to buy at the Canton store."
"Best Buy is our go-to place for electronics. I even bought my Maytag washer and dryer there. We've had total tech with Geek Squad for years and found it invaluable! We just got our grandson's car stereo there, complete with installation that, of course, is covered by our Geek Squad contract. Great place!"
"Got to see Geek at my scheduled time. Took 5 minutes to fix my phone issue. He was very familiar with Samsung and went right to the setting needed. Great experience. Glad I have Total Tech."
"Service lacked, but selection was good and did eventually find what I was looking for on my own. Check Out Line could have been better planned for the BF crowd, was slow moving, and cashiers leaving post to go get items made it even slower. A separate Customer Service line and a Check Out line would have been more efficient."
